Pax East 2013

I’ve been getting deeper into this big  gaming world and loving it! My adventures of venturing off Platform gaming has been going well. I still love and miss my Wii and DS games but I needed more of a challenge , so my PS3 was a good purchase. I’m currently playing Tomb Raider and Dota 2, both in which I love. I never thought I would get into PC gaming but here I am obsessed with Dota 2. The game play seems to be easy if you understand every aspect of the game but its alot to learn, which makes it a little overwhelming at first. It’s been 2 months of  noob horribleness and I’m still a noob . One day I will phase out of being a noob and just be great!!! LMAO

This pass weekend I went to Pax East 2013. Its was a lot bigger than I thought it would have been. There were all kinds of games; ranging from video game consoles to board games, card games and PC games. I had the opportunity to meet new people and try out good games. One in particular, Never Winter, was pretty good.  PC Games’ Setup stole the show with their awesome display booths. Damn you PC games I will never have a Social Life!

Night Fury

I’ve been in the market for a new Wacom tablet for quite some time, so my recent purchase of the Wacom Intuos 5 Large was very exciting. I was using the Bamboo Fun Small it wasn’t too much of a burden because I didn’t want much from it but to do simple point base work in illustrator. Now my demands are higher and I don’t need no limitations on what I can really do. As an artist I need to overcome this obstacles so its upgrade time! I can’t wait to begin reaching a whole new level of quality in my work!

I shall call you Night Fury aka Toothless (after the dragon in “How to train your Dragon” LOVE THAT MOVIE! lol)

I left my heart in San Francisco

So I went to California! To San Francisco/Alameda, where the pleasant but bipolar weather was an improvement over the Philadelphia snowy days, that I didn’t miss once. From the hills to the bay, this area was just beautiful. I had fun times with my dear friend Alphonso. I also met an awesome couch surfer named Ran. We explored San Fran together from the highest point to the lowest. Here are my tourist shots Enjoy!

Tomb Raider

The anticipation of the new Tomb Raider is unbearable. I CAN’T WAIT to get my hands on it! I’m very interested on how this remake or “how it all started” is going to play out. From being a sexy badass sex symbol progressing to so much more. I love how that they are adding more heart and life to Lara Croft character. I hope it lives up to it’s hype. Releases March 5th reserving my copy. Also I may consider this as an future cosplay but right now I don’t know about it yet

Conventions :-P

All the Conventions I plan to go to or thinking about!!! Working a couple a new cosplays and a renewal because I thought I could have done better with it. I’m Super Excited !!! Not going to all of them for a fact, but I know I will be trying to make sure that San Diego Comic Con HAPPENS!! So if you plan to go to any of these you might see me there. Don’t be scared to approach me and say HI! Beside that if you have any suggestion to other cons to go to, feel free to recommend to me.

I may UPDATE this in time for whether I’m going for a fact or not, and if I go to any gaming or any other conventions as well.

One of my close friends moved away to the west coast. So I wanna wish him the best on his new venture in life, may he get honors in all his classes, may him get a great job making Boss Status Money and find Love with some hot chick who rides bikes with cute skirts. It’s good to still be able to talk to him, time from time when he’s not on his grind. I’m missing you already my panda /gym buddy, no more looking at your big calf muscles while I’m on the treadmill.

Before he left we got to run around like tourist in NY, it was fun. KUNG FU ADVENTURES!

Black Milk Obsession

Black Milk is every fashion savvy geeky gals best friend NOW. First Star Wars now Lord of the Rings!!!! What are you doing to me Black Milk?  I need another monitor for design and game play plus a new Wacom tablet. Why must you tempt me?!

Well anyways these are my personal favs that I may purchase after I get WHAT I NEED first of course. (Also for the person who doesn’t know what to get for my B-Day next week*wink*)

Edge Of Desire

GOAL this year is to draw from 1-5 things a week, fully completed in color.

So this is my second doodle I brought to illustrator its a lot better than the first and a lot faster to make. Practicing new techniques for speed and quality and this is a successfully step.. YAYY! lol  :-P
